"The services we provide include programming, space planning, design development, architectural construction documents, square foot calculations, project and construction budgeting, bid coordination, ADA conformance surveys, furniture procurement, and construction administration. Our design studio is organized into three distinct sections by type of work: Government, Landlord/Developer, and Tenant Design.

We recognize the importance of clear, accurate and timely information and instituted standard operating procedure for quality control. Our goal is to work with our clients to create meaningful workplaces through listening, understanding and responsive design."

O'Brien Travis Jaccard uses form•Z both as a design process tool and as a presentation tool. "We start early in a project with basic modeling and massing to discuss design intent and preliminary form. Then we add detail, color and texture to bring a project to life and investigate form, material, and lighting. form•Z makes it easy to revise our ideas, view our every inspiration, and let our imaginations run wild. We utilize form•Z's exceptional rendering engine to produce highly realistic, photo quality renderings that we use to present our ideas and inspirations to our clients."
